Yes. Ai Vastra integrates with Shopify, Wix and WordPress, among others. This is integrated using a plugin or a custom API connection, depending on technical setup. If you are a marketplace seller at Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra, there is no need to integrate; you just download your AI-generated catalogue photos from that platform and upload them directly to your Amazon marketplace seller account. For custom-built websites and a unique tech stack, our team can collaborate both ways in customizing an integration method.

Yes. Ai Vastra will preserve the original image quality of your garment(s) in each output. This encompasses the texture of the fabric, any printed designs, embroidery, beadwork, colour representation and how the material hangs on its own or ‘drapes’ in pad. Ai Vastra’s technology is also trained specifically with fashion garments, and won’t generate distorted patterns or blur fine details like some basic AI image tools. The final image will be what your customer will see when they look at your photograph, that is exactly what you upload to it.

So, one credit is equal to one virtual try-on session completed by a shopper on your platform. As customers try on products on your website or at one of your kiosks, you will deduct a credit from your plan balance each time. The credit is valid until 30 days after purchase. The Basic plan comes with 25,000 try-ons, the Standard plan comes with 50,000 and the Pro plan comes with 1,00,000. If you need more try-ons mid-cycle, you can opt to top up anytime! For businesses that get a lot of visitors per day and have a requirement for unlimited try-ons, they are able to pay for an enterprise plan where there are no limits.

Yes. Note that Ai Vastra online plans aren’t locked into long-term agreements. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded or canceled in advance of the next billing cycle. Any credit left over from the previous plan are rolled over if upgrading mid-cycle. Please contact our Support Team prior to plan changes to ensure there are no losses of credits throughout the plan transition. With offline kiosk plans and rentals, conditions could be different based on the implementation – we will discuss this with you during the demo appointment.
