AI Vastra Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Vastra Shopify application (“App”) provided by AI Vastra (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AI Vastra provides an AI-powered Virtual Try-On solution that enables customers to upload a photo and preview apparel products before purchasing.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify store and be authorized to install applications on behalf of your business.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate store information.
• Obtain any necessary consent from your customers before collecting or processing their photos.
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Shopify’s policies.

4. Customer Photos

Photos uploaded by customers are processed only to generate AI virtual try-on images. Merchants are responsible for informing customers how their data will be used.

5. Intellectual Property

AI Vastra, including its software, AI technology, trademarks, and content, remains the exclusive property of AI Vastra. Merchants retain ownership of their products and store content.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan through Shopify Billing or another agreed payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Vastra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the merchant during the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the App at any time. Upon termination, access to the service may be discontinued and retained data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
